We are making a call of applications for individuals with a flair for Sales as an Events Sales Executive, who shall be based at the db Seabank Resort + Spa.
This Role Entails:
- Set-up meetings with clients for future conferences or events.
- Encouraging repeat business through excellent inquiry handling, follow-up and correspondence.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
- Ensure correct billing for all events.
- Keep all event information updated in the hotel management system and filing system
- Liaise with various departments to deliver on all client requests
- Identify all opportunities to up-sell and maximise revenues
- Work cohesively and effectively in team environment.
- Customer driven and provide a timely response to any customer’s request.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- MS Office proficiency.
