The Job
As an Assistant Project Manager for Construction Services at db Group you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet all quality and safety standards

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and implement project plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and budgets.
Quality Assurance and Safety:
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
Assist in resolving quality and safety issues as they arise.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes.
Facilitate effective communication to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project objectives.
Change Management:
Assist in the management of change orders and variations in project scope.
Assess the impact of changes on project schedules and budgets.
Work with the Project Manager to negotiate and approve change orders.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
