We are currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team.
The Job
Apart from the day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the posting of invoices and monitoring that invoices are in-line with quotes and approved purchase orders. S/he will chase for credit notes and analysing accruals and prepayments and monitoring of receipts. Reconciliation of statements and payments.
About You
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving. Good organisational, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Job Requirements
IT proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel as well as understanding data and producing reports.
The ability to establish good relationships and motivation to learn.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working in the Accounts department. Knowledge of Shireburn accounting software will be considered an asset but not essential.
