Job Description

At Dakar Software Systems we are a leading provider of payroll and HR software solutions in Malta. In business for over 30 years, we have developed a reputation for implementing quality solutions of varying complexity within organisations employing from 2 to 40,000 employees. Over these years we have built a complete portfolio of HR solutions, implemented and supported by a team of professional service-oriented individuals for whom teamwork, competence and customer service are key attributes.

Our customer relationships are of huge importance to us. Hence why we see these relationships not simply as software implementation and support tasks but rather as opportunities to take a genuine interest in understanding our customers’ business and the strategic directions our customers would be contemplating. We look at our solutions as a means to an end in assisting customers along their journey.
