Job Description

Position description
As we continue growing at a fast rate, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our core team. This is an important role within the organisation, ideal for someone with a technical understanding of software projects, experience in software development and who is now relishing a step up in their career ladder.

Job requirements

  • Managing projects assigned to the Consulting team.
  • Participating directly in projects (process mapping and re-engineering, consultancy etc).
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Genuinely enjoy building relationships with people.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (and ideally, but not mandatory, spoken Maltese).
  • A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • An organised, pleasant and professional disposition.

Qualifications

  • An IT-related degree would be very welcome, as would other relevant certifications. PRINCE2 project management certification would also be looked upon very favourably.
  • Notwithstanding, the real qualities we are after are passion for the job, an insatiable curiosity to learn more, a desire to grow professionally and pride to form part of a close-knit team.
