Job Description
We are currently seeking a Corporate and Office Administrator to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for
- Maintaining the day-to-day running of the office in good order, including the upkeep and cleanliness of the office, supplies of stationery and essential materials etc
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (such as e-mail, letters, packages)
- Handling the administration and back office support to the employer and other staff as the case may necessitate
- Collaborating with staff and clients and associates in achieving the goals of the employer
- Maintaining the corporate and secretarial affairs of the clients of the firm in good order
- Managing and maintaining all filing in good order
- Managing, organising and following up on all billing under the supervision of the relevant Financial Controller
- Managing, organising and following up on all invoicing and debtor chasing under the supervision of the relevant Financial Controller
- Incorporating and setting up of companies and other structures, including background and due diligence processes in connection with the shareholders of such companies
- Handling ongoing maintenance of companies with respect to Companies Act and AML compliance
- Managing and assisting in the administration connected to the above
- Assisting in the administration of company dissolutions
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings and other obligations as required by law
- Dealing with client requests in relation to their company in a timely manner
- Liaising with external service providers (such as banks and law firms) and government agencies
- Maintaining an organised and structured filing system
- Handling any other matter relative to the day-to-day running of the office
Qualifications required
- Applicants must at least have an advanced level of education
- More importantly, we are looking for individuals with drive, initiative, organisation skills and problem-solving qualities, and a can-do team attitude
Experience required
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
