We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team.

What will you be doing?
Working on a rotating shift schedule, in this role, you will join a young energetic team, whose main responsibility is to assist with customers queries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering incoming email queries.

  • Providing ‘on-site live chat’ and telephone support.


Requirements

  • A university degree or similar qualification.

  • Have complete fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • Have complete fluency in another language

  • Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule.


Skills

  • Possesses strong typing skills.

  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.

  • Be a great team player.

  • Can multitask and work under pressure.


Previous experience in the field of customer support will be considered an asset.
