Your Role

  • You deliver high-level B2B client service in collaboration with the Client Relations team
  • You keep records of client status in the sales pipeline
  • You support clients in all non-technical questions
  • You can service multiple clients concurrently
  • You will report to our current Head of Account Management

Your Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive, high performance work environment
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Team player with ability to coordinate efforts
  • Ability to help facilitate company sales and marketing efforts
  • Excellent relationship building skills
