Job Description

Crystal River Cruises Manning Limited operates within the river cruise business. We provide crewing services in connection with our river cruise vessels.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure good order of pre-employment crew documentation
  • Prepare contracts of employment and ensure necessary documentation has been received
  • Daily follow up on the personnel online system
  • Online applications related to European regulations
  • Assist with the organization and filing of paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Assist with monthly statistics
  • Daily contact with personnel consultants

Requirements:

  • English fluent and another language would be appreciated
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and good interpersonal mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Team spirit in a small office team is expected
  • To possess good administrative skills (proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Professional training will be given to the selected candidate.
