Responsibilities include:

  • Taking calls and diverting them and assisting clients and/or directing them to the relevant department
  • Assisting clients through online chat
  • Selling products through telephone and online chat
  • Preparing delivery reports for delivery persons
  • General administrative duties

Key requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese (minimum O-level standard)
  • Must be friendly and motivated
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
