Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offer management.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to promote our hotels as an employer of choice.
- Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the internship programmes with local and international hospitality schools.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, preferred.
