Job Description

An excellent opportunity exists for a committed, mature and ambitious professional to join the Corinthia Palace team.

The Social Media Creative Curator is responsible for creating and curating strategic social media, and online marketing campaigns to gain brand awareness, increase reach, maximising sales conversions and improve customer engagement while being true to the brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, update and maintain the hotel’s social media platforms with timely, relevant content that all reflects current trends and help drive revenue and engagement.
  • Pro-actively and confidently provide creative ideas for new social media and making efforts to increase property awareness.
  • Maximise user generated content (UGC) that can be repurposed for property use through organic brand communications to increase engagement.
  • Conduct research of our competitive set as it relates to content and social media strategy.
  • Ensure maximisation of online key works with the Marketing Manager, and constantly reviewing and adding to this list ensuring prime positioning of the Palace.
  • Conduct research of our competitive set as it relates to content and social media strategy.
  • Manage the Palace’s community and audience by actively answering questions and concerns posted on our social media channels.
  • Active engagement with comments, interacting with users and brands talking about us and not following us.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Has a passion for digital marketing and proactively seek to keep learning by keeping up with the latest in customer marketing technologies, trends, innovations and best practices to drive creative and high performing digital marketing strategies and programmes.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ad manager, PPC, SEO and affiliate programmes.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with experience developing multiple narrative directions for various online platforms.
  • Design skills, photography and photo-editing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Certification in digital marketing preferred.
