This position is responsible for enforcing the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards within the operating facilities.
Main duties but not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day cleaning operation.
- Schedule and supervise proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Orders and manages necessary supplies.
- Train and support employees within the department while liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Possess a food handling license.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard procedures concerning storage and sanitation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
All of our team members are given adequate training to further develop their skills. The ideal candidates must be fluent in English and be willing to work weekends.
