Job Description
The incumbent will be assisting and coordinating in the day-to-day administrative duties of the Unit. Duties include the updating of IT systems and checking validity and correctness of inputted data, dealing with correspondence ensuring timely follow-up action, cashier and customer-care duties when required.
Applicants are expected to have either:
- 6 Ordinary level passes or equivalent certificates at MQF Level 3; Or
- A relevant diploma at MQF Level 4; together with
- A minimum of four (4) years’ relevant work experience; And
- ECDL Advanced certificate; Or
- A proven post-secondary level of education with a MQF Level 5 qualification in an area related to management; Together with
- A minimum of eighteen (18) months’ relevant work experience; And
- ECDL Advanced certificate
