Job Description

Codere is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team with immediate effect.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain employee records
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in planning and arranging events
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees drafting employment contracts
  • Recruitment of any open vacancies that may arise, filter CVS and doing first interviews

Requirements:

  • Experience of problem-solving
  • English speaker is a must
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
