Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care & Telesales Executive on a part-time basis to join our team.
Key Accountabilities / Key Activities
- Cold calling potential new customers to explain products and sell our product
- Calling existing customers to gather feedback, help solve any customer issues, as well as, contribute to our retention strategy
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, benefits, prices etc.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
- Gathering and recording customer information, feedback and reactions to products
- Reaching any relevant targets
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English and Maltese
- Charismatic and a team player
Any experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
Preferably, the candidate is available to work from 3pm onwards.
