Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care & Telesales Executive on a part-time basis to join our team.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities

  • Cold calling potential new customers to explain products and sell our product
  • Calling existing customers to gather feedback, help solve any customer issues, as well as, contribute to our retention strategy
  • Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, benefits, prices etc.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
  • Gathering and recording customer information, feedback and reactions to products
  • Reaching any relevant targets

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Charismatic and a team player

Any experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Preferably, the candidate is available to work from 3pm onwards.
