Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Malta. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work setting.
What we expect of you?
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supporting the HR Executive in duties related to onboarding of new employees, events coordination, and other HR duties.
- Data inputting, filing and other general office duties.
- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Settling of invoices and payments.
- Managing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Booking of flights and accommodation for employees based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Supporting colleagues whenever necessary.
- Other administrative work may be required from time to time.
What we’re after?
- Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian / Russian.
