Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources the Recruitment Executive will be involved in the full recruiting process, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.

The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates’ pool, gain a competitive advantage and fuel the Company’s growth.

The Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / colleges etc.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Implement recruiting initiatives.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule and update skills. assessments when necessary.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new employees (though the current HR Induction).
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
  • Apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the HR Manager.
  • Analysis of data re-recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation.
  • Other duties as signed my HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively. Fluency in both Maltese and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
