We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team and assist in the recruitment process.
We are offering a contract on a casual part-time basis, 10-15 hrs per week.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented and is constantly up-to-date with recruitment needs.
As a Recruiter you need to assess candidates’ skills, experience and relevant knowledge whilst comparing them to job requirements.
To be the ideal candidate:
- You need to be fluent in Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we currently require for this role.
- Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience in call centre recruitment will be considered an asset.
