Job Description

Our strengths encompass IT infrastructures, voice technology, call centre operations, back-office services, payroll services and specific aviation industry applications such as reservations, ticketing, refunds, customer support, baggage services, loyalty programmes, crisis management, complaint management, medical coordination and flight disruption management.

In this role, we are looking for a Payroll Clerk on a part-time basis. Ideal candidates need to be available to work Monday to Friday mornings only (possibility of full-day requirement on ad-hoc basis). This role includes weekends and public holidays on certain circumstances and only an on-call / roster basis.

Duties:

  • Correlating data of approx. 300 employees (as per scheduled rosters);
  • Compilation, inputting and managing of payroll on a fortnightly basis;
  • Update to employee salary changes, tax status changes, engagement / termination forms, bank accounts and any other statutory records;
  • Issuance to invoices on behalf of self-employed individuals;
  • Liaising with employees and any concerns;
  • Compiling fortnightly / monthly / quarterly and yearly statistical reports;
  • Any other related ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll;
  • Excellent math and numerical skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must;
