Who are we looking for?
Someone who is curious about joining the call centre industry, eager to learn, does not mind working in a fast-paced environment and especially a goal-getter.
Ideal candidates will be trained to represent one of our clients and will be assisting its customers via phone, social media and / or emails.
Other requirements which are essential for this role
- One has to be fluent in Maltese and / or English, spoken and written in order to handle calls and emails;
- Good communication, writing and listening skills are very important in this role;
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision;
- Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
- Previous experience in any customer care role is a must.
