Due to ongoing growth in our company, we are seeking to recruit another After Sales Clerk on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the After Sales Supervisor, the successful candidate will:
- Be in charge of any after sales enquiry by handling a combination of networking channels such as phone calls and emails.
- Guide the customer in the ultimate after-sales experience from a product point of view to an impeccable service with a smile.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customers whilst also creating new relationships in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors.
- Be able to work on his / her own initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
- He / she will work closely with existing clients to provide responsive and professional service;
- Be able to work overtime when and if required (Saturdays if required).
- Must be able to work under pressure, without supervision.
- Be resourceful and maintain a strong ambition to succeed.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Although training will be given, previous experience in a similar post, and experience in using SAGE would be considered as an asset. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Department.
