CAS is a leading firm in the H.V.A.C. (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry in Malta. Founded in 1996, the company has established itself as one of the top local firms, offering value and quality to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
Due to ongoing growth within our company, we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Chase outstanding debts
- Issue monthly aged receivables reports, along with other weekly ad-hoc reporting
- Assist in end-of-month closing procedures
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Issue receipts when necessary
- Accurately allocate customer payments to the relevant accounts in the finance system, in a timely manner
- Assist in end-of-month closing procedures
Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an Accounts department
- Must be able to work on a full-time basis
- Be confident and capable of answering customers’ inquiries regarding payment transactions and various accounting matters
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
- A good standard of education and proficiency in computer skills
- Intermediate skills in commonly used computer software, particularly within Microsoft Office applications
- Be smart, mature, self-motivated, and dedicated
- Have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Although training will be provided to the chosen candidate, fluency in SAGE will be considered an asset
