As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing a fun, friendly and efficient service and sophisticated experience to our guests. Master your customer service skills and have fun on the job by explaining games and celebrating winnings.
Responsibilities
- Friendly, polite and professional service of the customers;
- Informing the customers of promotional opportunities, special offers and additional services provided by Casino Malta;
- Providing information via the telephone and e-mail;
- Registering customers when entering the Casino;
- Listening to and solving customer complaints and opinions within professional limits;
- According to the regulations, filing a non-compliance report or realising customer feedback;
- Monitor slot machines and gaming areas to ensure they are functioning correctly;
- Assist customers with slot machines issues and provide excellent customer service;
- Providing basic technical support for customers with gaming issues;
- Assist with promotions and events as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Good English skill is mandatory; the ability to speak in any other language will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
