For this reason, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our winning team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks, activities and projects focused on our employees and create the best working environment for our teams. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop across a broad range of HR and office management activities. If you wish to develop a career within HR and be part of this exciting journey, we would love to hear from you.

  • Engage in the employee experience by connecting with employees across the business, and developing and implementing engagement plans; including events, activities and initiatives.
  • In addition, you will take over HR administration duties, including but not limited to drafting and issuing contracts, Jobsplus registration, database entry, employee files, and staff attendance.
  • You will be the first point of contact for HR queries from employees, providing great internal customer service and will offer support where required.
  • Moreover, you will work with and support colleagues across other Cashpoint and Merkur offices as needed.
  • Last but not least, you will support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is both operating smoothly and a great environment for our team.

  • A driven and self-starting individual who wants to make a positive impact on our employees’ experience at work.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • An outgoing, creative individual who is willing to contribute to new ideas.
  • Some experience within talent acquisition or HR is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A desire to develop a career within HR.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to speak German would be an advantage.

What to expect:

  • Hybrid working approach.
  • A family-run group with a positive and international business environment.
  • Open door attitude and friendly corporate culture.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility.
  • A wide variety of career opportunities within the entire group.
  • Competitive salary and good benefits.
