Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join Carmelo Caruana Company Limited as a Customer Support Agent. The agent will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in the most effective and efficient manner whilst ensuring professionalism and exceptional company image. The chosen candidate will be responsible for all customer support related matters, including support to sales team members.

The Requirements
The preferred candidate will have an A’ level education with 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Shipping Industry; and who is able to work on own initiative. Those with no industry experience are also encouraged to apply since the job training will be provided. An assertive approach for this high demanding role is a must, which needs to be accompanied by outstanding interpersonal skills. The chosen candidate needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office.
