Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Spanish Forex Affiliate and Media Buyer to join our Marketing team. As a native Spanish speaker, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Spanish-speaking market. You will collaborate with our Marketing team to strategize, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns while also managing media buying activities. Your ability to connect with potential affiliates and negotiate partnerships will be essential in driving our growth and success in the forex industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new forex affiliates within the Spanish-speaking market.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with affiliates to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Plan and execute media buying strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on campaign performance and affiliate partnerships.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the forex or financial industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in media buying, including knowledge of different ad formats and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign metrics.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools for monitoring campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of forex market trends and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
