Job Description

To provide administration support to the Manager and Executives and coordinate all daily administrative duties within the Sales department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries from the Manager and Executives
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Inputting data
  • Run reports and updating internal databases
  • To complete administration tasks with minimum supervision
  • Monitor programs as directed by Manager / Executives and see the programs through to completion
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

Personal Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including excel)
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
  • Team player
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or experience in any similar post are a plus
