Job Description

Client’s “representative” within Bortex ensuring client’s satisfaction while at the same time attaining sales and profit targets set by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day communication with existing portfolio of clients
  • Ensuring that client’s requests are clearly transmitted to other departments so that the final product would be to satisfaction of the client
  • Be proactive in terms of coming up with initiatives and exploring opportunities which could lead to more interest for the client to increase work volume with Bortex
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meeting with clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
