We are looking to recruit an Operations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated by a challenging working environment. The selected applicant will be detail-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team and with all levels of management.

This role is for a dedicated, self-motivated professional with a strong customer service focus, primarily dealing with client withdrawals and payments. The chosen candidate will deal with all client issues across our core jurisdictions, liaising with clients and advisers around the process required for high-net wealth clients who would like to access monies within their investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with client and adviser queries
  • Applying strict due diligence procedures in dealing with high-net wealth clients requesting monies
  • Processing and following-up withdrawal transactions with clients
  • Raising and escalating issues with line management where required
  • Carry out client and investment updates on the main company platform
  • Liaising with investment providers around evolving practices and procedures
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong educational background and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Services and Administration
  • Good knowledge of Office software applications
  • Proven office experience
