We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Marketing team as a Brand and Design Assistant reporting directly to our Brand and Design Manager. The position could be the start of a very exciting career in financial marketing or a natural progression to the steps you’ve already taken so far.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for
- Email marketing, creating campaigns from ready-built templates, sending and tracking success. Liaising closely with our copywriters and offices in Europe.
- Uploading / updating information on our website through an in-built content management system.
- Branding of documents.
- Branding and updating of PowerPoint presentations.
- Placing orders and sourcing new merchandise.
- Coordination with suppliers and our Administrative team to guarantee delivery of merchandise for all corporate events.
- Other marketing-related duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Knowledge of Email Marketing software use is a must.
- Microsoft office skills, with emphasis on Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the use of content management.
- HTML knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Be very well-organised and have an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work within a dedicated team.
- Responsible, with a strong work ethic and ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
