An opportunity has arisen for the position of Training Officer at our offices based in Malta.
Reporting directly to the Training Delivery Manager the purpose of the role is to design, deliver and evaluate effective training solutions which support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of bet365.
Relevant training will be provided for ideal candidates.
This full-time role involves working five days from seven.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to develop others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the confidence to converse with departmental and senior managers.
- The ability to motivate self and others.
- Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Already based in or willing to relocate to Malta.
- Willing to travel to overseas offices for short periods.
- Designing new training interventions and producing materials in accordance with the needs of operational departments.
- Delivering effective training modules and presenting briefing sessions in line with industry regulations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training interventions and materials.
- Making recommendation for change to key stakeholders.
- Representing the training department and acting as a point of liaison for dedicated operational teams.
