Your Challenge
- Resolve general customer queries via email, live chat, phone and any other additional channel as may be required
- Assist VIP clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Keep up to date with compliance and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance and responsible gaming procedures are adhered to and the customer service
- provided is in line with our obligations
- Collaborating with other departments to support local promotions and customer engagement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve customer’s issues and meet their needs effectively
- Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain customer service policies, procedures and manuals for the customer services team and the organization and assisting with the training of new entrants
Your Profile
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in customer support, ideally in the iGaming industry
- Excellent in German and fluent in English
- Working on a PC is a daily routine for you
- Collaboration and coordination with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience
- Capability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- A deep knowledge of and passion for sports, enhancing the ability to engage with sports-related customer inquiries and promotions effectively
- Ability to work on a shift basis (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday, morning to night
