Job Description
We are Bestcharter.com Ltd, a Yacht charter startup company, is looking for an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our small team.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations and has book-keeping experience.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft contracts, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Book-keeping
- Invoice creation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Google Suite)
- Book-keeping or accounting background / qualifications are essential for this role
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Task
- Calendar management for the executives
- Monthly book-keeping and follow up with third party companies regarding VAT filing
- Respond to emails and organise the documents on behalf of executives
- Fill up the predefined contracts
- Take meeting notes and follow up employees tasks and report to the executives
- Schedule meetings
