Job Description

The (Senior) Affiliate Manager is responsible for the operational lead in the BayBets sales department. The employee will ensure management of high-value affiliate accounts linked to affiliate channels owned by Catena Media and Baybets and for building outstanding relationships with commercial partners.

The (Senior) Affiliate Manager will support the Head of Sales by driving global sales and revenue to reach pre-defined targets set by the business and will take full ownership of opportunities and projects that need to be driven by the Sales Team. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Affiliate manager is also expected to assist the Head of Sales with onboarding, training and development of team members.


  • Take responsibility of all global operator communications
  • Ensure continuous deal optimizations relating to CPA, Hybrid and revenue share deals to ensure sales and revenue targets for the business are reached
  • Optimize the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages
  • Create additional revenue by defining and selling media and exposure packages
  • Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites
  • In-depth reporting, data quality assurance and analyzing data
  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators
  • Take operational day to day lead in the team
  • Assist the Head of Sales with onboarding, training and development of team members
  • Take ownership of pre-defined sales opportunities and projects
  • Deputize for the Head of Sales when needed


  • Documented sales success within the iGaming industry, either working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming Operator
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in affiliate marketing or affiliate management
  • Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Accustomed to working in teams and with external clients
  • English spoken and written (business proficiency)
  • German would be considered a great asset
