Barracuda Roof Top is the newest lounge bar in town, located in the vibrant heart of Malta, renowned for its exceptional Location, lively atmosphere, and top-notch service. We strive to provide our patrons with an unforgettable experience, making every visit special and enjoyable.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated Waiters to join our team. As a member of our front-of-house staff, you will be the face of our Bar, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable experience. ensuring outstanding customer service and driving sales through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions customers may have
- Ensure that all orders are delivered to the table promptly and correctly
- Attend to guests’ needs throughout their meal, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process bills and handle cash or card payments
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Bar, restaurant or café staff is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
