Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is seeking to recruit a Marketing Programme Coordinator within its Marketing department.
The selected applicant will be responsible for the Marketing Programme Coordinator acting as a central coordination point for the Marketing and Customer Intelligence team, including programme coordination, departmental office management and supervision of the risk and compliance framework. This is a key role supporting the CMCIO in the running of the department and facilitating corrective actions to ensure that the programme is on track and that risk is maintained within the risk appetite.
Preference will be given to applicants having previous experience in:
- Programme coordination: developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Coordinating and tracking work within the department, following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Departmental management: tracking expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports and supporting budgeting process. Act as an Office Manager by maintaining attendance records, training requests, assets register. Providing administrative support as needed. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Risk and compliance coordination: tracking the progress of risk, compliance and audit points to ensure they are delivered in accordance with agreed timescales. Escalating related issues to business management and business risk forum as appropriate.
Ideally, the candidate should be in possession of an MQF level 6 degree or higher in banking, finance, business or marketing.
