Job Description
Bajada Investments Ltd manages a group of companies that operate in different sectors mainly manufacturing, retail, hospitality and energy efficiency. We are currently seeking an HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing and updating of Payroll system
- Handling engagements and terminations with Jobsplus
- Handling work permits
- Checking of timesheets and overtime sheets
- All other tasks relating to payroll and HR matters
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have knowledge in Maltese Employment Law. Those having experience will be preferred. Must be proficient in English and Maltese.
Work Schedule
- Office hours Monday – Friday from 8:30-17:00 or flexible hours.
