Job Description

We are currently seeking for a dynamic individual with a payroll background. This role will involve in the payroll preparation and any other day to day accounting duties.

The ideal candidate shall be organised, committed and able to communicate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting information and data to compile the payroll calculation;
  • Ensuring that the payroll preparation is prepared correctly and within the stipulated deadlines;
  • Processing of payroll related form;
  • Assist in the posting of invoices in the accounting system;
  • Assist in any other day to day accounting duties.

The ideal candidate, should possess the following:

  • Having experience in another payroll position;
  • Good knowledge of employment law;
  • Able to work with MS Office Excel;
  • Possess, excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Be proficient in English – verbal and written;
  • Previous experience using Shireburn Payroll Software will be considered as an asset.
