As Sportsbook Manager, you will be passionate about sports, have experience working with a Sportsbook commercially, have a vision for Avento Sportsbook, and be a strong communicator with other departments within the Avento business.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in working with Sportsbook commercially (2+ years)
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Sportsbook vertical and a good understanding of how it works
  • Ability to build products from scratch
  • Passionate about sports
  • Developing and delivering the Sportsbook product roadmap
  • Manage Sportsbook campaigns and bonus spend
  • Creative personality with the ambition to learn
  • Self-going team player who is capable of working in a high-tempo environment
  • Good communicator with other departments (CRM, VIP, Content, Marketing etc)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Romanian Market
  • Romanian language
  • Marketing experience
  • Team management experience

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for active Sportsbook customer
  • Responsible for driving the company vision into action
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from conceptualisation and briefing and resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation
  • Follow and contribute to improving internal processes and strategies
  • Constantly evaluate the campaigns with a optimise approach in order to improve
  • Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets
  • Manage banners and on-site content
  • Contributing to Sportsbook technology roadmap
  • Working closely with the other Product and Operations teams to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices
  • Great analytical and organisational skills
