Job Description

We are looking for persons to join our growing customer support team. If you possess great communication skills, are interested to work in customer care, and are willing to go out of your way to help with customers’ queries, you may be the person we are looking for.

Agents will be required to work on weekdays, during office hours. A very competitive salary is being offered.

In depth training will be provided to the chosen applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, social media and live chat.
  • Give customers appointments for their vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop.
  • Participate in the processes that are required for the workshop to offer an excellent service.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills & Competencies:
The selected candidate must:

  • Have an O’ level standard of education.
  • Be comfortable using computers.
  • Have some experience working with customer support.
  • Be fluent in Maltese and English language.

Candidates familiar with modern vehicle technology shall be given preference.
