We’re looking for an excellent planner who can manage multiple HR projects and stable operations. You will be responsible for the coordination of Atlas’ HR activities including recruitment and selection, training, reporting, performance management, staff welfare, health and safety and compliance. This varied and interesting position will entail working closely with all levels of the organisation.
You must be a great organiser with excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a confident and positive personality. Attention to detail, problem solving skills and customer service orientation are important.
- A first degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Several years’ experience in the area
- IT proficiency as well as the ability to understand data and produce reports
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
