Our Information Systems department is looking to grow.
We are looking for a First Line Support to join the team. In this role, you will be primarily supporting internal clients with day to day software issues and prioritizing incoming requests from a shared queue. You will also be responsible to perform an initial assessment and identifying the source of issues and where possible, implement a solution. Other more complex cases will require you to refer to the development team where you will act as a liaison between the user and development team.
All members of the team are expected to maintain a knowledge base of support solutions.
You must be a smart, committed and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills. You must also be a good team player and always keen to achieve common service objectives.
