Asergis Malta Ltd is a Telecommunication Company, based in Msida, forming part of Asergis Group (UK, China, India). Within the next few months, Asergis will be expanding their business to specialise in property rentals / sales, as well as food and beverage sectors.
The Office Assistant’s role will be to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Office and HR Manager.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Digital data-entry (Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Handling simple email correspondence and calls (meetings, orders for Office supplies)
- Assistance with physical and digital document preparation (photocopying, scanning, printing and cataloguing documents)
- Assistance in research
- Attendance in selected meetings
- General ad hoc assistance
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, meta-tags image and video optimisation etc.), proofreading content provided from content writers.
- Overseeing / managing marketing, events, PR and communication efforts for the company, including monitoring of presence on Social Media sites.
- Good English oral and written communication skills
