The Role
We are looking to hire numerous Call Centre Operators (English speaking) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in providing customer support.

The Job:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email and calls
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

The Person:

  • High level of strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Customer service background and experience
  • Strong working ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including; empathy, patience, attentive and with a passion for delivering customer excellence
  • Strong IT skills – we need someone who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and has an ‘above average’ typing speed
  • Good initiative
  • Adaptability – we need people who are completely adaptable and welcome changes
  • Flexibility – we need people who are happy and flexible to work on a shift basis including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
