We are seeking to recruit a part-time Front Desk Receptionist / Secretary, working on a flexible schedule, assisting our office Administrator in the general running of the office environment. The position calls for a cordial, smart individual, having a good command of the English language, capable of working on his/her own initiative and possessing

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone and email manners
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

The selected candidate shall be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to professional staff and general front office and reception duties, including:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering the phones
  • Managing office mail
  • Running errands
  • Ordering stationery supplies
  • Daily upkeep of the office
  • Organising company and social events
  • Maintaining contacts database and ensuring GDPR requirements are met
  • HR support
  • Assisting Partners and Architects with the follow-up on planning applications
  • General filing
