Due to steady growth, we have a fabulous opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team located in our sunny Malta office.
The ideal candidate will ideally have outbound Sales experience, although we are open to career changers from other backgrounds too!
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising and marketing your own specialism and brand
- Account management of clients including regular site visits
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Ideally you will have a strong sales background
- Energetic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Confident with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Located in Malta or ready to relocate to the Island

Total earnings: €40,000 – €45,000.
