A well-established organization providing software solutions to different clients both based in Malta and all over Europe, is expanding their dynamic team and taking on board a Software Support Specialist.

This role will lead you to develop your organizational and cooperation skills being part of a vibrant Application Support team while operating side by side with several development experts.

This challenging opportunity will allow you to be part of a high-tech environment, learning and keeping yourself up to date with the latest technologies.

You will troubleshoot a variety of technical issues for clients within a large range of industries. As 2nd line Software Support, you will have constant access to an in-house training and development platform that will lead you to advance your expertise.

  • Diagnose issues with software installation and application
  • Troubleshoot software and identify root causes
  • Escalate and reproduce technical issues for the development team


  • 2 year of experience in an application support role
  • Handle software-related requests for assistance
  • Demonstrated SQL programming skills
