Job Description

Do you have experience in administration and are looking to work within a dynamic environment in the renewable energy sector?

Duties:

  • Light bookkeeping duties such as invoicing and entry of expenses
  • Opening of mail and sorting
  • Keeping the office systems maintained while also updating systems, scanning, filing documentation and liaising with public entities
  • Following up on pending actions and ensuring that tasks are completed
  • Data entry
  • Greeting clients and answering and directing calls in a professional manner
  • Other general administration duties

Requirements:

  • O’ level standard of education
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Be fluent in both the Maltese and English language
  • Previous experience within administration
  • Be organized and meticulous in your work
  • Willingness to learn
