Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Billing Clerk to work with one of our clients for an approximate period of nine months to one year possibly starting as with immediate effect.

As a Cash and Billing Clerk, you will undertake tasks that are essential to the efficient functioning and effective operation of the Cash Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • To manage income payments allocations daily
  • To carry out reconciliations of all cash and cheque payments
  • To support with raising relevant invoices
  • Record accurate financial information
  • Provide necessary reports if needed
  • Not limited to other days to day duties as may be requested by the Management

Job Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum O level standard of education including Mathematics. You will need a good eye for detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and preferably have cash handling experience.
